Terms and conditions

Last updated 22 August 2026 — placeholder, version 2026-08-22-draft

Placeholder wording.

These terms are a holding draft and will be replaced by the approved Aesthetic Training Hub terms and conditions. The version you accept is recorded against your account.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Aesthetic Training Hub Ltd (“the Hub”, “we”) and the practitioner or training academy applying to be listed on the Hub (“you”). By submitting an application or using your dashboard you agree to them.

2. Being listed

Every listing is subject to vetting. We may decline an application, ask for further information, or suspend or remove a listing at any time if we reasonably believe the information on it is inaccurate, your insurance or qualifications have lapsed, or your conduct falls short of the standards the Hub exists to uphold.

3. Your subscription

Your subscription starts, and your first payment is taken, only when your application is approved. Fees are shown before you choose a plan and are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the period already paid.

4. Your obligations

You agree to keep the information on your listing accurate and up to date; to hold current insurance and the qualifications relevant to the training you offer, and to supply evidence of both when asked; and to treat students enquiring through the Hub fairly and honestly.

5. Reviews

Reviews on the Hub are written only by students whose booking with you was confirmed through the platform. You cannot edit or remove a review, but you can respond to one, and you can ask us to look at any review you believe breaches our guidelines.

6. Your data

How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy. Contact details on your listing are shown to a student only after a booking is confirmed.

7. Ending your listing

You may cancel at any time. We may end your listing as described in section 2. On ending, your public profile is withdrawn and any outstanding enquiries are closed.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
