About Aaron Bishop Aesthetics
Aaron Bishop Aesthetic Educator and CPD Training Provider in London and Essex I am Aaron Bishop, an NMC registered nurse, clinical educator, award winning aesthetic practitioner and owner of Aaron Bishop Aesthetics. With more than two decades of clinical experience in the NHS, I provide practical, safety focused aesthetic training and CPD courses for healthcare professionals across London and Essex. My clinical career has included cardiothoracic critical care, Accident and Emergency, acute medicine, clinical resuscitation teaching, clinical site management and senior NHS operational leadership. Working in these demanding environments has developed the clinical judgement, leadership and risk management skills that now underpin everything I teach. I am proud to have been named Aesthetic Nurse of the Year at The Nurses Network Awards 2025 and Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year at the Global Excellence Awards 2026. These achievements reflect my ongoing commitment to clinical excellence, professional education and raising standards within medical aesthetics. Alongside running Aaron Bishop Aesthetics, I am the London Regional Lead for The Nurses Network. In this role, I support nurses and other healthcare professionals through education, mentorship, professional development and sustainable aesthetics business growth. Who are my aesthetic CPD courses for? My courses are designed for new and developing aesthetic practitioners who want to strengthen their clinical knowledge, improve their practical skills and feel more confident when treating patients independently. Skin Care and Skin Health
A comprehensive course for medical professionals who want to develop a deeper understanding of skin health and deliver safe, effective skin treatments. The course covers skin anatomy and physiology, the skin barrier, cell turnover, ageing, collagen and elastin, Fitzpatrick skin classification, professional skin assessment and personalised homecare planning. Learners will also receive theoretical and practical training in dermaplaning, and hyaluronic acid skin boosters. Consultation, contraindications, treatment planning, infection prevention, consent, aftercare, complication recognition and UK professional responsibilities are included. Learners must successfully complete the required theory and practical assessments to receive certification in the treatments taught and assessed.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION DAY
Practical support in your own clinic Needing to build confidence ? or are you a newly established aesthetic practitioner who has completed your training but would benefit from greater confidence when treating patients independently? My Clinical Supervision Day provides personalised, one-to-one support within your own clinic, helping you develop confidence in the environment where you actually practise. This is not a takeover session, and I will not simply treat your patients for you. You remain the practitioner throughout the day. My role is to observe, guide, question and support you as you strengthen your own clinical judgement and practical skills. Your supervision day can include: • Structuring a thorough and professional consultation • Patient assessment and treatment suitability • Facial and skin assessment techniques • Identifying contraindications, red flags and when not to treat • Creating safe, individualised treatment plans • Managing expectations and gaining informed consent • Hands on clinical support with your own patients • Treatment positioning, preparation and technique • Reflecting on outcomes and identifying future learning needs Working in your own clinic means you can develop confidence using your usual treatment space, equipment and systems. Together, we can identify practical improvements while maintaining the familiarity and comfort of your everyday working environment. The day also includes protected time for reflective discussion, this may provide useful evidence to support reflective accounts and revalidation discussions for your governing body, and where relevant the learning and reflection can contribute to your professional portfolio. You will finish the day with constructive feedback, greater clarity and a personalised development plan while remaining fully involved in every clinical decision. Foundation Dermal Fillers for Medical Professionals CPD
A comprehensive foundation course for registered medical professionals who are beginning their practice in hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. Learners will develop the knowledge and practical skills required to assess the whole face, identify individual anatomical variation and create safe, proportionate treatment plans. The course covers facial anatomy, skin and soft-tissue structure, patient consultation, consent, product selection, injection techniques, infection prevention, UK legal and professional responsibilities, aftercare and the recognition and management of complications, including vascular occlusion. Supervised practical training and competency assessment cover basic lip enhancement, perioral lines, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Other facial areas may be discussed during holistic facial assessment but are not included within the practical certification unless separately taught and assessed.
